Botox treatment is enough to give you what you want, it is necessary to avoid another skin treatment such as facial cleanser, Cream oil, etc. for about 24hours.

9. Avoid Taking Any Medication

After doing a botox treatment, avoid using any type of medicine even supplements except prescribed or approved by your Doctor. It is best to contact or visit your doctor to know when to begin taking the medicine and which medicine to take again.

1. Gently Exercise On Your Face

It is necessary to avoid any bodybuilding exercise but can gently exercise your face muscles naturally (without touching with your hands). By this I mean, try to raise your eyebrows, smiles, frown and other facial expression. This helps you achieve your required results.

2. Resume Your Daily Task

Botox treatment doesn’t stop you from doing your daily tasks. You do not have to spend all day laying on bed, it does not bed rid you. You can actually go to the mall,  to the office, to school, do your chores anything.

3. Pain Killers

Some people may have slight pain after botox treatment. This pains are meant to go in few days but if they don’t, some over the counter medicines like Tylenol, paracetamol, vitamin K can be taken.
